Ramen Shubo Kumajin

A ramen made with carefully selected ingredients based on miso recommendations. It's hard to say for everyone, but it's a popular shop in Nagano prefecture, so it's worth trying once. There seems to be a limited edition that offers tsukemen in summer and curry ramen in winter.

A bit out of the way, but really good ramen. No English menu, but a part of the menu has pictures. The niboshi ramen was very good. And the Gyoza have a buckwheat flower dough. Really nice.

Miso ramen has never been eaten before. It was a thin and wide pillow noodle, but this was a good matchup with miso soup and it was delicious. It is a repeat decision!

the portion of the tsukeman combo is so big! don't try to eat it by yourself.
